If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from oscarmilo.com, we will happily provide an exchange or a refund:
- Items must be returned to us within 14 days for UK orders or within 30 days for international orders.
- Items must be in perfect condition and internal labels intact.
- Items must be returned with their corresponding receipt.
The easiest way to return an item is to take it to the Oscar Milo store. We do NOT refund postage charges on ordered goods unless the goods have a fabric or manufacturing defect. We cannot take responsibility for returns lost or stolen in the post. We therefore recommend that returns are properly and securely wrapped and are sent via recorded delivery or a guaranteed signed delivery service to:

All international (non UK) returns should be declared as 'unwanted returns' for customs' purposes.Once the returned goods have been approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. Remember that the time frame for payments to your credit card always depends on your bank/building society.
