For European and Rest of World deliveries we need to charge as this can be expensive. We will e-mail you a quote for the postage cost depending on weight. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks.
All packages sent are fully trackable and traceable.
All packages delivered MUST be signed for.
If you are not in when the carrier tries to deliver, they will leave a card saying they've called. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from oscarmilo.com, we will happily provide an exchange or a refund:
            Items must be returned to us within 14 days for UK orders or within 30 days for international orders.
            Items must be in perfect condition and internal labels intact.
            Items must be returned with their corresponding receipt.

The easiest way to return an item is to take it to one of our Oscar Milo stores.
We do NOT refund postage charges on ordered goods unless the goods have a fabric or manufacturing defect.
We cannot take responsibility for returns lost or stolen in the post. We therefore recommend that returns are properly and securely wrapped and are sent via recorded delivery or a guaranteed signed delivery service to:

All international (non UK) returns should be declared as 'unwanted returns' for customs' purposes.
Once the returned goods have been approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.

Delivery

HOW TO BUY

Shopping at oscarmilo.com is very easy. Just follow these steps.

1. Choose the section (MEN, WOMEN, ACCESSORIES, LABELS) and then the product type (i.e. JACKETS, DRESSES etc.)

2. If you click on the photograph of the item you are interested in, you can zoom in and see the item in more detail.

3. If your item is clothing check whether it is available in your size. Add it to the basket. You can then continue shopping or go to process order.

4. If you wish to process the order, log in and enter your details if you are a new customer.

5. Choose whether you want to collect your order from one of our stores or receive it via post.

6. Check that your details are correct and click confirm. You are then forwarded to a secure payment page provided by SagePay.

7. After payment has been authorised, you will receive an email confirming your order.
